SHARE SAVINGS

$250 Minimum balance requirement.  Dividends paid quarterly.  Variable rate account.  Average daily balance dividend calculation method used.  APY listed as APY.

.20% APR   .20% APY   $5,000.00 & over

SHARE CERTIFICATES   
Minimum $1,000.00 deposit.  Rates subject to change monthly.  Once purchased the rate remains fixed for the term of the certificate.  Regulations require substantial penalty for early withdrawal (90 days of dividends).  Dividends are paid quarterly on all certificates.  Dividends may post to savings, checking, or be added to the certificate.  APY is calculated with dividend compounding.  If dividends are withdrawn the APY will be lower.  Jumbo rates available for balances over $25,000.00.
